Every engagement opens with a no-cost consult. Scope and milestones are set in writing, and an invoice is issued only after a piece of work is delivered, refined as needed, and approved by you.
The result is a partnership where incentives align from the first conversation. You carry no exposure for unfinished work, and we carry the responsibility to deliver something worth paying for.

You approve the work before you pay for it.
Payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal, in Canadian dollars.
- Every project starts with a consult at no cost. Scope and milestones are agreed in writing first.
- An invoice is issued only after a milestone is completed, revised as reasonably needed, and approved. No deposits.
- Reasonable revisions to reach the agreed outcome are included, never an upsell.
- If work was done but a milestone wasn't reached, it isn't charged.
- If a project can't be completed, you receive a pro rata refund for any paid-but-undelivered milestone.
